Worst experience before the function. We have book this hotel for 22nd nov. Jus for its price and behaviour we booked 10 rooms including a hall for that day. We have clearly mentioned that we want room at 7 am and evn the accepted it. Bt after few days they called us and told they wont give us room at 7 am on 22nd nov. Or wil have to pay extra money. They refused from their commitment after takinh advance.so its my request dont book this hotel ever or confrm everything in written before booking. Else this hotel will ruin their and weddingz.in reputation.
