It was superb experience.

I found it to be a very pleasant and a beautiful venue.

I would rate it a 4. The venue was good. the ambience and everything was good. The services were very slow.

It is the most pathetic experience that i have ever had. I have never seen a place who asks to pay first just before the function and then would start the event. Ashley was definitely a very nice person, based on which i had done an advance payment and booked the venue. But the manager there definitely didn't have etiquette's to speak with customer's. I would rate it a 1.

I had a birthday party organised for 22nd Dec, I booked the venue in advance (sept 2017). The point of contact for the management of event changed thrice and finally the person assigned for the event management was not up to my expectation. Seating arrangements were not done as advised, good for me I reached the venue before time and got everything rearranged. Food served was good but was not the one which was provided for tasting purpose + Food was not served hot. Desserts served very less in quantity, gulab jamuns were presented very badly as they were almost murdered. Cleanliness was the major drawback (specially for me as I mentioned very clearly that cleanliness was a key factor for me). Staff were quite slow in all their actions which was very annoying.

Overall, it was my mistake of still continuing with the event with a venue which I discovered was pathetically organised even before the date of event I don't blame them but I don't prefer to have any more associations with them for SURE.

Everything went very well, in fact everything went awesome. My people were happy, got good feedback from them about the venue. Good food, good service, Mr. Urfi did a great job and was very cooperative during the event and kind too. One of the best event of mine and a place to celebrate small functions. Everything was A-1.

Overall the program was organized well. Food taste was really very good, main course was better than starters. Guests enjoyed eating chicken, mutton, biryani and dessert. Areas for improvement - parking valet not available when the program started. Mocktails and staff should have been ready by 11.15 am to serve guests at 11.30 am. We were expecting English happy birthday song rather than hindi. Repeated request were made to serve birthday cake immediately after cake cutting but was not done by the staff. However overall everyone had a good time.

I was assured many times that I wont have a problem with a/c before booking.....but at the party every guest was complaining me about the a/c so they had to put coolers at the venue.....it was so annoying. Secondly they forgot to keep salad, pickle, and papad at the buffet
They just had one word. WE ARE SO SORRY!!

A beautiful wedding at Grand Banquets I attended. It was my friends wedding party. The party was so awesome. The management team was so perfect I had never seen. They were well dressed up. Surely, I will plan my next event here

I had a function organised on 30th April 2017, at Grand Banquet and my experience was very Bitter. The service was pathetic... Starters promised were Non Veg and Veg, however it was more of Veg starters and less of Non veg starters that was served...I had to literally inform the Manager and Captain to ensure continous serving of starters.. No sequence or order while serving starters.. Very inexperienced waiters and stewards . We had to also inform that the soup was over... Also inform that additional chairs needed to be put up, I was like an acting Captain running over the place,

As discussed with them, Dinner was to be ready at 10pm, however the set up was only complete by 10.15 pm, I had a few guest who left due to this delay.

The Manager provided all the non Veg dishes in Chicken, hence had requested if I can order a Mutton dish separately from Outside (as it would come cheaper for me) , upon which he agreed during the time of booking
. However on the event day, after when the Mutton dish arrived from the external caters, he did not allow me to keep the same. He stated reasons such as the dish is not mutton (I literally took the mutton dish to a couple restaurants in Orlem, Malad whom I know, the next day to check, and it was indeed Mutton). / He also stated that why did you not order it from our hotel. Also silly reasons that if we keep this dish for serving, we will all loose our jobs...
The reason clearly seen is the owner/Chef/Manager and staff, did not want us to keep this dish as it was not ordered from their hotel. My question here was very simple, you should have just said 'No', when I had requested at the time if booking and also a day before the event, whether I could get one dish from outside... I could clearly see a lot of lies coming out from the Manager and other staff members...

Food quality I would say just above average... The Manager mandatory asks you to give a tip to their staff, upon which I humbly declined for the wonderful experience he had given me that evening...

I am writing this review for those people looking out for Banquet Halls to not get into such traps, and pls check and find out about the place before booking...

I will strongly not recommended this place for very Obvious reasons and experience.
