Wedding Pheras, Mumbai - Review & Rating

The reason to give this rating to Wedding Pheras (WP) is the attitude of their leadership team. The field team and working people were very good, but the managing team was very bad. We never got a timely and accurate answer on anything. The end result was certainly not matching what we were promised and paid for, despite of good work by field team in decoration department. We had asked for English translator for explaining Vedic verses, but he was busy whole time on his cell phone...we ended up explaining to groom's side on what's happening. The pheta (turban) guy hired by WP was so manner less that even when the reception was happening he entered the hall asking guests to return the phetas...extremely embarrassing. The photo/video deliverables took long time (9 months) to be delivered....that too after we had to personally work out all details (including mistakes like spellings!). Even though WP claims to be a one-stop shop, it is not....they drop the ball and you have to work out many things. Reducing charges does not rectify the situation because the damage is done during the marriage. Our friends/families even lost interest in asking for photo and videos due to significant delays. Since I insisted on making a fair contract in the beginning, I retained money till delivery was done. If I had paid all, not sure if I would have ever got the final deliverables. WP management has no concept of customer focus....I will stay away from them for future events.
