This wedding saw the talented bride designing her own wedding outfits. The bride being an amazing classical dancer, the legendary Birju Maharaj attended the wedding ceremonies to bless the newly weds!

The Love Story

Aastha and Siddharth have known each other ever since they were in 12th grade. As they say, opposites attract, so did they. While the groom is a bit of an introvert and shy, the pretty bride is completely upbeat and extroverted!

Well, what can we say? “Rab ne bana di jodi!”

The Wedding Festivities

The love birds hosted a beautifully personalized, simple and yet aesthetically pleasing wedding.

Aastha’s parents and family being ardent art lovers, planning the wedding decor, theme and finding vendors to their aesthetics wasn’t a hard nut to crack for them. The wedding was filled with vibrant colours and a floral theme.

Mehendi, Haldi and Sangeet 

Donned in a simple chikan kurta, the bride looked supremely elegant at her mehendi ceremony. Her attire and the sunlight around matched the blush on her cheeks.

While the couple’s haldi ceremony was filled with beautiful vibrant colours. She wore simple purple suit with a floral mogra jewellery and looks absolutely pretty.

For Sangeet, Aastha featured a beautiful coral lehenga with zardosi work while Siddharth sported a black bandhgala. 

The Wedding

Finally the day arrived when Aastha and Siddharth tied the knot in a beautiful Gujarati ceremony. The bride wore a beautiful red lehenga with zardosi work while Siddharth complemented her in an ivory sherwani, both designed by Aastha under her label WEARA.
