Decoding all of Isha Ambani’s bridal looks from her Wedding and Pre-wedding Functions!

Decoding all of Isha Ambani’s bridal looks from her Wedding and Pre-wedding Functions!

Asia’s richest man Mukesh and Nita Ambani’s daughter Isha Ambani got married to Billionaire Ajay Piramal’s son Anand Piramal and this definitely was the  ‘Wedding Of the Year’! And while we can’t stop drooling about the whole ceremony here’s decoding the Bride of the year’s wedding outfits:

The Bridal look:

Isha Ambani stole all hearts as she draped her mother’s 35 old saree (panetar) as a dupatta, pairing with her Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga which she wore for while taking her pheras!

This is how the designer duo describes it, Isha Ambani wore a 16-panelled ghagra in 2 shades of off-white that features a trail. Each panel is hand embroidered. Mughal Jaalis and floral panels alternate in the finest zardozi, vasli, mukaish and nakshi work. Every flower or jaali is highlighted with Crystals and sequins. Red or vermilion the iconic bridal hue features in the zardozi borders, lending an auspiciousness to the ensemble.”

The Sangeet look:

For the Sangeet ceremony the Ambani Heiress went all out in a heavily embellished Manish Malhotra and turned heads all the way. She completed the look with a layered diamond necklace and earring set, matching bangles and minimal makeup.

P.S., brownie points to her on wearing bling on bling and still not looking  OTT!

The Maha Aarti look:

For the larger-than-life Maha Aarti at Udaipur – Isha chose to wear a pink, heavily embellished Manish Malhotra lehenga and looked her stunning self!

She completed the look with a statement diamond necklace-earring and bangle set and minimal makeup!

The Griha-Shanti pooja look:

For her Graha Shanti Pooja, Isha Ambani chose to wear a custom hand-painted, hand-embroidered and tilla-work Sabyasachi lehenga paired with an antique bandhej dupatta.

She completed the look with a necklace and earring set featuring uncut Syndicate diamonds and Zambian emeralds from Sabyasachi Heritage jewellery!

The dandiya raas look:

The Ambanis kicked off Isha’s pre-wedding festivities by a Dandiya raas hosted by Kokilaben Ambani. For that, Isha chose to wear an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga with intricate thread and mirror work, looking totally festive!

She completed the look with a polki jewellry set and very subtle makeup!

The phoolon ki holi look:

The Ambani’s had a very fun event as a part of their pre-wedding festivities. They played with flower petals and by the looks of it, it was one hell of a function.

For that function Isha chose to wear a red co-ord lehenga with silver embellishments on it.

Before starting the pre-wedding festivities in Udaipur:

The Ambanis and the Piramals visited the Narayan Seva Sansthan and offered prasad to special children and their families, to seek their blessings before they start of the pre-wedding festivities for Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal !

For that Isha Chose to wear a red sharara-pant suit paired with a golden dupatta and minimal makeup.

The Engagement look:

For her engagement in Lake Como, Italy, the bride-to-be chose to wear a heavily embellished Dolce Gabbana nude gown paired with a matching headgear and necklace-earring and bracelet set.

Well well, here’s saying I am in love with all of her looks and here’s awaiting her reception look!
