Love and Coronavirus seem to be somewhere caught up with each other in the air but as you know what they say – love always wins! Wedding season may be coming to a close but that does not pose a hindrance for young love birds to confess their love for each other and do what is needed to seal the deal.
Most recently, it is celebrated Australian cricketer Glenn Maxwell and Melbourne-based, Indian-origin pharmacist girlfriend, Vini Raman to decide to tie the knot. Both their Instagram profiles are filled with mush-filled, starry-eyed selfies full of love for each other and honestly, we love that!
Having dated for a couple of years, Glenn popped the question to his long-time girlfriend last month. Just a few days ago, they had an intimate engagement ceremony or to quote Vini – “A little teaser of what the wedding will be like”. Both of them shared a few pictures from the ceremony and we love how Vini chose an emerald green lehenga with subtle jewellery to compliment her look while Glenn went with a deep blue kurta and paired it with a pair of black jeans. The pair then switched their outfits with Vini going for a burgundy lehenga while Glenn looked dapper in a white shirt and suit pants.
Glenn Maxwell is supposed to participate in the upcoming 13th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL), where he will be a part of the Kings XI Punjab team. He had missed the 2019 season of the T20 League since he was trying to stake a claim in the Australia Test team.
