Moon of Taj: Creative Wedding Favours with Taiwanese heritage and an Indian Heart!
Indian weddings have always been used to that standard red dabba of mithais being handed out at every occasion. But with unique lehenga fashion, décor ideas and the sorts are revolutionizing the wedding space, why not gifting as well?
On that note, we introduce to you Moon of Taj. A super-creative innovation of sweets that have Indian flavours and a Taiwanese touch! Definitely a new side to wedding sweets that your guests will love.
What it’s about:
From tarts to nougats made with oriental flavours of the East, at Moon of Taj, you can find a wide range of delicious treats to serve your guests on all occasions. But what makes them different? They strive to offer a unique blend of Indian and international ingredients of the highest quality for sweet and savoury indulgence which customers can enjoy over and over again. Moon of Taj is an unforgettable experience where Taiwanese culture intermingles with Indian Flavours, custom made for Indian Hearts!
Who’s behind the innovation?
Meet Hugo Wang. The man behind this culinary craft!
His trip to India showed him our undying love for mithais at all wedding functions but he was also quick to notice that most Indian sweets have very high sugar content. That’s when he saw an opportunity to put his passion into place and introduced Moon of Taj: a healthier alternative.
The Moon of Taj store at Lajpat Nagar, with its typical fusion of Taiwanese and Indian aesthetics, offers four exquisite flavours of fruit tarts:
Cheese & Pineapple
Green tea & Mango
Chocolate & Orange
Latte & Butter.
What’s more is they also have the Taiwanese favourite nougats where the milk-based delicacies combine with the crunchy texture of almond crumble for delicious chewy aftertaste.
Definitely a uniquely sweet end to a wedding, we’d say!
