The Bride Says..

Our story is a typical one out of a Karan Johar kind of a movie. We saw each other at a wedding and it was truly love at first sight. January 2011, I saw him at a cousin’s wedding and I knew he was the one. I was young, in first year of  college but I was sure he was the one for me. We got talking and started seeing each other quickly, and now it’s September 2018, seven years later and here we are getting married to the love of our life.

I was always a typical Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham fan and I had my love story turn out the same way! (minus all the drama)

We had dreamed of a big fat Punjabi wedding, and we would have it no other way. Our dreams came true at the Marriott in Sri Lanka, all thanks to our family and obviously the Shanqh team. If we go back and think of changing anything, we would do everything the same way.

Our wedding was truly a dream come true, a girl thinks about it when she’s about 10 years old, and I got exactly what I had imagined! We danced through the night at the two happiest days of our life with the best set of people, I don’t think it could have been better. We are grateful to have started the best years of our life in the best possible way!
