#TacklingCoronavirus: 8 Tips for Makeup Artists

The novel coronavirus has taken over the world, forcing not just the common man but all MNCs and the biggest of companies to bow down and close their doors. Most of the state governments have declared a total lockdown during this time. And of course, the wedding industry is no different.

A wedding equals a large gathering of people and it is crucial at this time that we do not engage in social gatherings – for the sake of ourselves and others.

But, if you are following the news, you know that there are weddings taking place with a minimum of people. At such times, it is very important that you as a  makeup artist are aware of the care and consequences of attending this event. Here are 8 tips for makeup artists:

1. Maintain hygiene

It’s not just about the bride and her family, it is about all the people around you. You could have people from anywhere in the world and it is important to maintain hygiene and keep the makeup kit clean.

5. Extra care while cleaning lip brushes

First things first, do not share the lip brushes. You must make sure to clean them well without fail. Also, make sure you don’t dip the brush directly in the bullet.
