This Same-Sex Couple Had the Most Romantic Photoshoot!

It is the connection of two hearts, the reason being true love does not let materialistic things affect it. It is beyond the trivial spheres of gender, colour, caste, race, and religion. If it is conditional, then it is anything but love…

This is exactly what Sundas Malik and Anjali Chakra have proven to the world. Sundas, a Pakistani artist, and Anjali, a Hindu from India met each other, fell in love and subsequently defied several stereotypes. This same- sex couple had breathtaking photo shoot while they were attending a couple of weddings in New York, and before they knew it the pictures were viral across all social media sites (for the right reasons). They also had Simrah Farrukh curate a cute video for them, and Anjali covered the original song, ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh…’

Sundas Malik says, “I grew up witnessing and watching different kinds of love, some in my family and some in Bollywood. After I got a little older and realized what my sexuality was, I never saw a representation of people who looked like me. I’m so glad I have the opportunity to be with the love of my life.”
