Proprietor and chef Milind Fernandes brings years of experience from the kitchens at Intercontinental, Grand Hyatt and The Jumeirah Beach Hotels in Dubai, to his work at Foodzest Caterers (the chef also worked with Indian five star hotel properties, the Royal Carribean Cruise Liners and handled in-flight catering services for the Prime Minister of India). Today, Fernandes and his team frequently cater for weddings and international conferences, offering a mix of Indian, Mexican, Chinese, and other international cuisines, along with live cooking counters.
