10 Must Have Sibling Shots At Your Indian Wedding

10 Must Have Sibling Shots At Your Indian Wedding

Your sibling is by far your most beloved friend,
your bitterest rival,
your confidant and also your betrayer,
your sustainer and also your dependent,
the scariest of all is that they are your equal!!

That’s the thing about siblings right? They are your only enemy you just cannot live without. And in all seriousness, they are an inseparable part of your life. And, although all the pictures with your bae are important, in the middle of all the hustle of getting the makeup right, the outfit on point, the perfect outdoor lights for the shoots, don’t forget to have the perfect shots with your siblings too. Because in the middle of them doing all the menial labour for you right from getting you your kale smoothie to make that annoying aunt be a little far off from you, you might forget to take pictures with them.
So, here’s us bringing to you a checklist of 10 shots you should have with your siblings:

1. The Candid Moments:

This one’s a keeper. It will just be one of those pictures you will keep looking at when you miss your partner in crime in your new house.

2. The brotherly kalide moment:

This is the tradition where the bride shakes the kalide tied to her chooda on her single and unmarried friends and cousins. Well it can also be a moment when the bride takes a moment off in all the hustle-bustle while her brother showers flower petals on her.

3. The one with the pout:

We don’t care if the pout phase is still in or not, but no wedding album is complete without you and your sister pouting!

4. The cute candid ones:

These are the pictures where you are genuinely having fun and you are caught in the moment. Also, these will be the ones that will find their way to be the early Instagram uploads before you get the time to sort the other pictures.

5. The showing off your outfits picture:

You might have surely spent a bomb on your outfit, but your outfits also resemble the endless hours spent finding the perfect one and colour coordinating it with your sibling. So, it definitely calls for a picture perfect memory of it.

6. The keeper of secrets shot:

Your sibling is definitely your keeper of secrets, your partner in crime and confidante of all the said and un-said things you have been party to, and it will be ‘your thing’ to have a memory of it.

7. The in-between the moments shot:

Your wedding will be a time when you will be changing outfits like you are walking the runway for a different designer every 4-5 hours. And, while you are struggling to be on your personal best all the time, be it smiling politely to all the guests or the functions in-between, your sibling will just be there by your side when you wanna take a breather. And that shot is definitely something you will look in your wedding albums with the brightest smile.

8. The Helping your sissy shot:

Your sibling is going to be at your beck-and-call throughout the wedding and the picture proof of it will just be the best memory to brag about how much you are pampered. 😉

9. The walk towards the mandap:

The moment when you walk towards the mandap is the most special, you are taking a step towards your new life. That walk is often walked with your brother holding the front part of the ‘phoolon ki chadar’ (a blanket of flowers) and the remembrance of that moment while you have your best man by your side is just special.

10.  The one with your bae:

And, okay let’s admit the most important person in your wedding (apart from yourself) is your bae, and the picture with both of your better halves in one frame will just be perfection.
