Nikunj & Deepa Mumbai : Jewel Tones and Rich Colours Brighten up this Traditional Affair

Have you ever come across this famous adag e- Marriages are made in heaven? They may be, but on Earth they are celebrated like there’s no tomorrow. Deepa and Nikunj’s wedding was celebrated splendidly with utmost gaiety and fervor.

The couple chose Haryana Bhavan, Mumbai as their wedding venue for their traditional Gujarati marriage. The wedding mandap was wrapped in gold and red drapes and had rustic accents with vertical pottery arrangements kept on each corner of the mandap. For the Saat Pheras, the bride wore a beautiful red saree and accessorized her look with an intricate set of adornments. In a silk cream kurta and a maroon pyjama, the groom’s ethnic outfit looked really great. Here’s something for our dashing grooms out there – Ditch that heavy turban or safa and replace it with a light coloured duppatta, just like this groom. To add that extra special touch to their wedding celebrations, the couple cut a delicious looking white two-tier cake with their initials on the top, instead of the usual cake-topper – a great way to personalize a wedding cake!
