Mohit & Mansi Udaipur : This bride had the most chilled-out girl gang and you are sure to get #MajorBridesmaidsGoals!

This wedding has witnessed it all-  traditional customs, classy outfits, extravagant decor and a whole lot of fun!

About the couple

Mansi and Mohit were introduced for the very first time to each other at a restaurant in Worli, through a mutual friend. This was just the beginning. Before they knew, Cupid had struck and they had fallen in love. “From all the good memories we had before getting hitched, the best ones are the long drives and long walks on Marine Drive and Bandra Bandstand.”

On Mansi’s birthday, Mohit decided to make it super special by proposing to her at a rooftop restaurant. It was an intimate but special affair, just as she had always dreamt of.

The Wedding Planning

The entire planning was handled by the couple and the groom’s cousin. Mansi left her job to plan her wedding with her parents, while Mohit juggled his work and wedding planning. It became quite hectic for him.

“We did a lot of research on all the wedding portals. We met several vendors and event planners. But most importantly, we went by word of mouth of our local relatives in Udaipur, who knew who were the best vendors.”

A whole lot of effort was put into the outfits by Mansi. She did a lot of research. She purchased her outfits from Jaipur, Mumbai, Delhi and, Indore.

The Wedding Festivities

Mehendi

The wedding festivities kicked off with a mehendi ceremony. Mansi’s detailed ethnic mehendi designs including elephant motifs was to die for. She flaunted a sage green and yellow lehenga, while Mohit wore a baby pink kurta and white chudidaar.

Sangeet

This was a rather grand affair. Mansi and Mohit looked like a million bucks! Mansi donned a shimmery baby pink lehenga and we couldn’t get our eyes off her. Mohit wore a burgundy velvet bandhgala paired up with white pants. The couple certainly set the stage on fire with their dhamakedaar performances.

Haldi

The fuschia pink and orange floral backdrop made the haldi ceremony’s decor stand out! The couple looked stunning. Mohit wore a yummy powder blue outfit with gold embellishments, while Mansi donned a yellow and powder blue lehenga with heavy embroidery. They complemented each other really well. Her floral jewellery with tiny baby breaths in it stole the show!

Wedding

Prior to the wedding, there was a bride and bridesmaids shoot, which every girl gang would desire! They all flaunted customized white tees and posed for some super fun and chilled-out pictures, which we loved.

For the wedding, Mansi wore a traditional red and gold lehenga paired with some stunning gold and green jewellery. Her contrasting parrot green and gold dupatta was a delight to the eyes. Mohit was dressed in an off-white sherwani.

About the photographer

“The photography was done by Fiaba Weddings. It was a superbly professional team which went beyond the regular work to cover each and every part of the wedding. They never complained of long work hours and were always pushing us to take more shots. They got well acquainted with our family and friends and made sure all the right people were covered. Their delivery was super quick. We received the first draft in 30 days. The result is also very good, we are very happy with the wedding films and photographs.”
