The Wedding

Tanya and Ricky recently got hitched in a charismatic wedding at JW Marriott overlooking the breezy hills of Pune. With plush decor and a surreal looking couple, this wedding’s photographs captured by Dipak Studios are a must see! The royal setting of JW Marriott amidst the scenic beauty of Pune hills is what makes this wedding one of a kind!

The decor in particular, which was planned and executed by Weddings by Ekta Saigal Lulla was truly breathtaking!

The Couple

Our gorgeous duo had a love-cum-arranged marriage; only the love came later into the picture. It was one of those simple settings where feelings naturally developed and the couple just clicked!

Tanya and Ricky met through a common friend in an arranged marriage setup. Their very first meet lasted for four hours and they both actually lost the track of time when being with each other.

They kept being in touch even after Ricky went back to Pune from New Delhi and after a few months of being apart , the couple realised their love for each other.

Engagement and Sangeet

The couple had already decided on keeping their mehndi and wedding a traditional affair, so opted for a more contemporary setting for their engagement and sangeet ceremonies!

The decor was designed using gold and black with hints of red that took the beauty of the setup to a whole new level. The entrance was made to look like a tunnel and included dazzling chandeliers.

The wedding

It was a traditional sikh wedding that took place at a gurudwara. The bride opted for a trousseau from the house of Rimple and Harpreet Narula and looked every bit of a diva in her wedding outfit! The groom on the other hand, looked dapper in his Deepak Perwani sherwani!
