Picsurely, Mumbai - Review & Rating

Worst mistake of my life to appoint these ppl. Guys think twice before booking them and relying on the fake reviews. They take the project by showing good photos and videos. But they fail to deliver anything on time. Infact these ppl are so novice they dint have the audio of my half part of the sangeet, also they were late by 20 mins for the wedding.and this is the second time I am posting this because the first time Regan and khaled threatened us to take down the review or he will not give any deliverables. My marriage was in 2022 and I have still not received a proper video or any photos. We are also issuing a legal notice to them.

We were so excited abt the photos and videos but all we have is incomplete and unprofessional work.

Wedding is a one time event in anyone's life but picsurely ruined ours...guys there are many good people and wedding photographers in the market...DO NOT HIRE THESE PPL
I am just writting this review so that no other couple has to go through what we went...

For all the folks who are planning to get married but couldn't decide the photographer, we would recommend Picsurely. A completely trustworthy and the only team which really keeps their promises to the customers.

I hired Picsurely for my wedding photography a few months ago and we had the best experience. The team was so enthusiastic and professional. Loved the candid shots as well as cinematic videos.

I had hired picsurely to cover my wedding, which is once in a lifetime event. I truly regret it. It is a big scam. They charge 3x the prices. Send out local amateur photographers. Editing sucks. Videos, Photos and albums are super random. Zero customer service as well. It has been 6 months and I am yet to get my wedding album. They also have severe coordination issues - data gets missing, lost etc. Most of the positive reviews here are by Picsurely staff. Pls avoid this vendor. It is a big scam.

Picsurely is the worst nightmare for a person who wants to have his/her memories get clicked. Besides being less attentive, missing shots/ people, losing data, being late at the venue, they will blackmail you till the end for a few pictures that they have clicked. These people will give you false promises & do not have any core team, they hire some local photographers to cover your shoot of which they do not take any responsibility. Story is long... Just don't go for them..... I have already lost so much.
