• Any extra Food, Beverage, Laundry Telephone etc. will be charged extra as per our resort tariff.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY

• Hotel’s standard check-in time is 10:00am local time. Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Hotel’s standard check-out time is 08:00am local time.
• 50% charges will be applicable until 14:00 hours, and Full day charges will be applicable after 14:00 hours.
• Late check outs will be subject to availability

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• No refund will be made for any cancellation date of the confirmed booking. The same will apply in the case of early departure.
• 100% retention charges for any No show.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• In case of Resort facilities & services: 50% of package cost of guaranteed number to be paid in advance along with the confirmation letter. Balance to be paid at the time of check-out.
• For outsourced facilities & services: 100% advance payment on date of confirmation.
