Aching feet after a long Sangeet night? Do this one thing to wash away the pain!

Aching feet after a long Sangeet night? Do this one thing to wash away the pain!

Did you know? A person’s feet start hurting 1 hour and 6 minutes after wearing heels!
So of course, when you spend 4 hours dancing at your bestie’s shaadi, you are in no shape to walk around after! Well, we’ve got a remedy for. All in the comfort of finally reaching your room and plopping on the bed.

What you need:

1 cup Epsom salt
10–15 drops peppermint essential oil
Warm water

Mix the Epsom salt and peppermint oil together and store in a mason jar.
Use ½ cup in a warm mineral foot bath for 15–30 minutes and relax as you feel the pain leave your feet by the minute!

What you need:

Aside from being relaxing, Epsom salt soaks are great to soothe sore body parts, especially the feet. It is a natural mineral of magnesium and sulfate, and can be absorbed through the skin. Magnesium builds and repairs tissues in the human body. Warm water allows for the dilation of the body blood vessels and opens the skins pores. Essential oils add a medicinal boost. So you can be sure that this mineral bath will alleviate your post-sangeet night problems!
You can also use other essential oils like or marjoram or basil.
