What you need:

1 cup Epsom salt
10–15 drops peppermint essential oil
Warm water

Mix the Epsom salt and peppermint oil together and store in a mason jar.
Use ½ cup in a warm mineral foot bath for 15–30 minutes and relax as you feel the pain leave your feet by the minute!

Aside from being relaxing, Epsom salt soaks are great to soothe sore body parts, especially the feet. It is a natural mineral of magnesium and sulfate, and can be absorbed through the skin.
