Renu and Hindbir got hitched in a beautiful ceremony in a Gurudwara in Amritsar. It was a conventional Sikh wedding, filled with ethnicity! From customs and traditions to entertainment and enjoyment, this shaadi had all the ingredients of a gorgeous traditional wedding.

Coincidence played cupid in this cute love story!

It all began with that one Facebook friend request which Hindbir sent out to Renu. Little did she know that social media would play such a major role in her journey of love. She accepted it and he sent her a message thanking her for the same. She was under the impression it was a new colleague, but in reality she had started talking to a stranger. They started chatting for hours and one thing led to another, sparks started flying and they fell in love.

“After sometime, we found out that we are family friends and that’s when our families started to initiate the talks of our marriage. Coincidence much.”

Wedding planning…

Planning the wedding and meeting vendors was a tough process for the bride, considering she was staying abroad and had to rely majorly on social media to contact and communicate with the vendors. “The process of wedding planning was hectic, but thanks to our families they made it pretty smooth because of our families were very closely involved in the planning and they were there help us align things accordingly.”

The main focus of the wedding was the outfit and the theme and we aren’t surprised! The wedding had some royal, breathtaking outfits. The decor was minimalistic and very subtle. The functions were, however, packed with entertainment and fun. The family and the guests could be seen having a gala time.
