Turmeric Ink Invitations & Stationary, Delhi - Review & Rating

My mother went to their shop physically and this review represents her experience there. First of all their customer service is non-existent. They asked my mother if she had taken any appointment before showing up. When she said no, they literally asked her to go to the reception and take an appointment first. Wow! Well, you should write this on your website then ! Secondly, their minimum price for one card is 1000 bucks and minimum for a boxed invite is 1600 (as quoted to my mom) so possibly their rates here are pretty outdated. Just informing people who are considering working with these people.
