Sumaaroh, Delhi - Review & Rating

Wedding is a big event in everyones life. We have our dreams and expectations and we try our best to get the event and decor executed in the most memorable way. But unfortunately our whole event was completely done wrong by these planners. The team comprising of 3 liars, Vishu the decor guy, Siddarth the entertainment planner and Rajat the money cruncher. All these specialise only in 1 key thing thats falselify your hopes and ruin your reality. Initially they give you high hopes in terms of the experience and youth professionalism. They cheat you by showing false pictures and assure you to provide the same service as in pictures. You are deceived and lured by their promises and hopes like the way we were. We fell for these scam and got our whole event dated for Jan 14-15th was wasted and ruined.

During all this time, they are constantly after money and nothing else. They come in a group, they respresrnt Vishu as the head guy but on the day of event the key essence ie the decor guy was missing and didnt show up for all the days. The additional service that we asked for seeks tips and doesnt work until they are tipped by the guest. Initially they were flexibale about payment and we payed them as per their comfort. On the day of event, they blackmailed us that they wont do the decor unless we give the full payment. Till then they had 75 percent of our payment but wanted full amount. We felt like crying but we kept ourselves calm. We had no option but to surrender ourselves to these cheaters and their blackmailing threat that they wont work unless we clear the full payments.

Their decor presentation looks very creative but they dont deliver you even 1 percent of it on the day of event and happily blame it on the hotel for their stringency. My whole event was saved by just 2 key elements the food and the layout of the property. Rest the decor was waste and cheap and not a single effort was given in making our wedding memorable.

If I could give Sumaaroh 10 stars I would. It was one of my best decisions to go with Sumaaroh Weddings. Since day 1 of meeting Astha & Team , I just got such a great vibe from her. She is so sweet, super easy to talk to and very attentive. I already knew what type of wedding theme and look we were going for, so I shared those ideas with her and we always stayed on the same page. She handled ALL the communication with all our vendors/venue and was the main point of contact. I can't stress enough how extremely professional and organized she is. Any time there were issues with vendors or the venue, we discussed it together and she would help me decide (by giving me advice from all the previous wedding experiences she has had) without being pushy. I work nights, and I could text her like at 1am with a random wedding question and she would be on it! She was seriously my right hand and go-to during wedding planning.
On the day of the wedding, Astha made sure EVERYTHING was executed perfectly and that the day flowed smoothly with everyone staying on time with hair/makeup, first look photos, getting all the drunk bridal party dressed and ready, bridal party pictures, family pictures, all the way to the ceremony & reception. I didn't have to stress one bit on our wedding day. Hubby and I were able to enjoy, and we had such an amazing time! Thank you Sumaaroh, for making sure we had the best day EVER.
