Folio Haus, Delhi - Review & Rating

The team of Folio and haus does a fine job which any learning students do. The team members will meet you nicely, politely and make commitments but then will always fail to deliver their work in time and suddenly have a lot of excuses to cover their delays. They are highly unprofessional and rude in their communication as they never answer calls and are always on travels. They gave our Photographs after 3.5 months of our marriage and the quality of work is extremely poor. Their presentation is even worse bcoz the team doesnt hand over the work properly in one go instead they will give ur work in instalments and that too when you send your personal hard drive to them. They only come to meet you when they need a client and then send work through couriers which add ons the delays. Moreover they never come to handover the work of their clients instead we have to continuously follow up. If you delay their payments their teammates send nasty messages to show their aggression but they do not bother about the harassment they cause to the customers. Highly not recommendable!!!! If you wish to spoil your biggest day then they make the perfect match.
