Photosynthesis Photography, Delhi - Review & Rating

First, we welcome you to read the details of all the communication we had with Photosynthesis since our wedding, i.e. Jan 2017. Please see the images attached below in comments below as well as the link provided below. We wouldn't have spent this time and effort to compile the record had we not been extremely disappointed. We decided to compile all the communication so the readers can judge for themselves, and neither we or Photosynthesis ends up twisting the facts. This review is aimed to share our experience and is not a personal attack on any one person.

We hired Photosynthesis with Photography + Cinematography to cover our Engagement, Mehendi, and Wedding ceremonies, of both the groom side and bride side. It has been more than 1.5 years since our wedding and we have not yet received all the promised material.

It has been very difficult to communicate with Mr. Asad Javed Ansari. Except the two weeks when Asad was finalizing photo books, he has been largely unresponsive, replying generally after multiple follow ups. The initial contract stated that photo books + all the videos will be delivered in about 12-16 weeks time. However, it has been over an year and we still havent received all the material. We have been particularly proactive in contacting Asad, and contacted him on an average three times a month requesting an update. He either cited health or technical concerns for the delay, or ignored our emails and calls. My last interaction with Mr. Asad was as recent as one week back when he promised that he will pay attention to our repeated requests for edits of wedding film. However, this empty promise has been stretching for last six months and thus we felt we should share our experience with everyone.
