Frames n Films, Mumbai - Review & Rating

These guys are your WORST WEDDING NIGHTMARE come alive. Subpar work, Unorganised, Deceitful, Procrastinating, and a whole lot of deplorable adjectives is all I can think of! I got married Nov 2016 - it's been over a year, and these buffoons have still not handed over the wedding videos. The photos that they gave (after months of chasing) were just dumped on a 1TB hard drive (they promised DVD but didn't deliver). Photos look washed out. When I pointed this out, these "professional" photographers said that it was due to lighting and the indoor venue! Then I remembered, they did not get artificial lights for the functions. My cousin sister did a better job of capturing precious moments than these blithering nincompoops. Oh, and they completely missed to cover one of the ceremonies! Interview videos were shot as if it is a 5th grader's school project. They blamed the family members for this saying they were "rude". OK who are you, Queen of England? Main wedding video is still incomplete (it's Jan 2018 at the time of writing this review). Wedding trailer is incomplete. They blamed us for not selecting the music for the videos for over ten months (despite giving them a verbose description of the kind of musical atmosphere we wanted)! Both the deliverables have been botched up by these guys. My wife and I have dropped so many mails that we've lost track now. They blocked my wife on Instagram. They keep saying they are going to "close down the business". Finally, when my wife took to rating them on their Facebook page, they replied saying that they will refund 50% of the amount and that the videos they had on their hard disk had crashed and data is unrecoverable! Murphy's Law, anyone? Please, I beg you, stranger, DO NOT contract these guys to cover your once-in-a-lifetime occasion. I cannot express in words how abysmal my experience has been with them. All the money in the world cannot get us our moments back. Save yours, look for someone else to cover your events!!

We gave 2 days candid photography & video making to Frames n Films for a marriage in the family. They did not cover all the functions and missed out on some important ones. Later they gave some flimsy excuses.
They only shared raw sample of photos & partial videos, delayed in giving us complete lot and even asked for a hard drive.
Even after more than one year of marriage they have failed to give the complete lot of videos, there is video of a complete event say dances etc. We are still suffering, nor they are ready to compensate us.
Customers are requested and cautioned not to hire Frames n Films, you will be doing this at your risk and cost.

For all those couples who want the most memorable wedding moments to be captured (forget properly), please dont ever do the mistake of hiring these unprofessional photographers. Dont go by their vidoes or photos on their website. I had the most horrible experience and committed the mistake of hiring these guys instead of going for other better options. Firstly, they very conveniently missed "grooms haldi" function. Secondly, they failed to take entire videos of sangeet performances. Thirdly, its been more than an year since the wedding and they havent sent the complete and final wedding video or trailer. Always making excuses that they are busy with other wedding assignments. Lastly, most of the photographs they have taken look unprofessional and washed out. For this, they have again "conveniently" blamed the lighting and the fact that it was an indoor wedding!!!!!!! Highly disappointed and extremely upset that my wedding- the most memorable moment of my life- was not covered properly.
